According to Eric, Fall cannot really start until October, and I have to agree. We have our annual ceremony where we hang the “Harvest” sign on our front door, as a family, as though the act itself somehow beckons the cool weather hither. This weekend holds pumpkin shopping, cider drinking and general autumnal joy. Last weekend, however, a few select ladies and I enjoyed cool weather on the back porch to make Halloween Banners. After daubing our little arms off, everyone walked away with a lovely festive tribute to the season. I can’t wait for October 11 and our club meeting. I better get started planning those projects!
